Terms of Service
1. Engagement
By accessing or using the Prime Edge Interiors & Construction website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services include interior design consultation, construction project management, space planning, and fit-out solutions.
2. Our Process
Our design and construction process is collaborative. Final approval for all materials, designs, and structural changes must be provided by the client in writing before execution begins.
3. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, 3D renderings, and project plans produced by Prime Edge remain our intellectual property until full payment has been settled. We reserve the right to photograph completed work for portfolio purposes.
4. Project Terms
All projects are subject to a formal written agreement outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms. Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented and may affect timelines and costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
Prime Edge Interiors & Construction is not liable for delays or damages caused by independent third-party entities beyond our direct control.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. The client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.
